Delays vary depending on the complexity of the creation to be made. If it is a personalized order, it can take between a week and a month if there is a need to order certain fabrics. Add to that the creation time and then the shipping time which depends on the country where you live. You can receive your creation within 15 days to 2 months. When a creation is available and you buy it, the order is shipped between 4 days and 15 days, depending on the country where you live, it can take between 4 days and a month to arrive at your place.

You can track your order by referring to the tracking number found in the shipping email for your order. This tracking number will allow you to know exactly where your order is being delivered.

For France, delivery costs are 10€. For international delivery, the delivery costs are 25€ and more depending on the weight and the destination.

As a sole trader, I cannot accept any refunds as everything is handmade. Exchanges are possible, please contact me at catgoreclothing@gmail.com. Items must be returned to me first, then it will take approximately 4-7 days for your new order to be dispatched. *You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
